The property was good as compared to the price I paid, however, there are few items which were expected such as 1) The gloves for the oven 2) Iron and Iron Bed 3) Hair driver.

Response from Management

Thank you for your review and we are so glad you enjoyed your visit! We don't supply hairdryers in the units, but I will talk to housekeeping as there should be an iron/ironing board and pot holders in each unit. I hope to see you soon! - Beth

This was our first big family vacation and I was lucky enough to find a decent price for my family of 7. We were close to amenities, shopping but far enough out of town to enjoy peace and quiet

Family down time

by from Baton Rouge, LA

I had three family members who have never been there and they had a ball. loved the mountain view and the sounds at night sitting on the porch. They will be back more than likely with me again. I have been renting with Mountain Rentals and have never gotten a bad cabin. We enjoyed our stay and there will be plenty more.

Great value for price!

by from MURRAY, KY

I am a single adult and stayed here with 5 children ages 5-17. The cabin was very clean and everything functioned as it should. It has 4 queen beds, so no one had to sleep on a couch. Kids loved the pool table. The location was a very short drive to gatlinburg. Probably about 8-10 minute drive. There is a 24/7 market at the bottom of the mountain, and a Dominos that delivers to the house. The decor might be a little dated, but the kids didn't seem to mind. The satellite TV service only had about 3 channels, but I didn't bring 5 kids to mountains to watch TV, so it wasn't an issue. They keyless entry meant we didn't have to spend anytime waiting in line at a rental office to check-in or check-out. We would certainly stay here again.

The cabin was a great budget friendly cabin. The views were spectacular. There were a few less than great things, such as the tv channels. We were only able to get very few and not the ones listed. We had a maintence issue with the fridge, but the staff was quick and efficient on the getting the problem fixed. Had a great stay overall.

Fall Break

by from Petersburg, TN

We had made plans to stay in Destin Fl but because of the hurricane our trip got changed over night. The cabin wasn't a resort on the beach but me and my family loved our stay. The staff was so helpful I had less than 24hrs to make us a new vacation and with their help I did. The Cabin is older needs a little update done to it. But everything worked, everything was very clean had a lot of room the pool table was a big plus for my kids. The kids loved it so....

Nice little cabin. Great view in a quiet location. Clean and quaint. Great parking. The hot tub is a little outdated and no way to set the temp...otherwise, a great bargain. Would definately rent again.

It was a cute and quite cabin. It was perfect for us. The only problem we had was the hot tub didn't seem to be getting hot enough. But the had mentaince out very quickly. The cabin would make a purfect honeymoon cabin. We decided to get married while we were there. They have the nicest places to have weddings. I subjest if u are gonna get married call minster rob brammer.

Response from Management

Congrats on your wedding!! I am glad you all had a great time! Thank you for your business and feedback! Hope to see you all again in the future. Thanks, Brooklyn

Christmas Family Vacation

by from Highland, AR

We had a blast staying in this cabin!! We had family pool night and the kids loved it, although they never did quite get the concept of using the white ball to hit the others!! We spent most evenings enjoying the hot tub watching the stars. The view was very nice. We watched the clouds skip across the mountain tops making some very interesting shapes. Overall this has been one of the best family vacations and we plan to definatly do it again!!

Wonderful Stay at Overview Cabin in Gatlinburg

by from Picayune, MS

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Cabin is much bigger inside than the pictures actually show online. Only drawbacks that I found were first they should have either a high chair or booster seat stored somewhere for use, and the fact that the TV/VCR is outdated. I understand most people could careless about that but there were a few rainy days during our stay and it would have been much better to have a DVD player at least since it is hard to find VHS tapes anymore. The view from our cabin was amazing. The drive up to the cabin was a task, but that was just because we were in vehicles that weren't really built for climbing mountains. LOL All in all it was a wonderful stay. The staff (especially the garbage pickup was very prompt).

Wonderful Vacation

by from Lombard, IL

Thank you Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg for the wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The cabin was spacious and served our needs well, traveling with two kids, ages 12 and 8. We would definitely rent this cabin again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great view, Great value

by from ocala, FL

This cabin had such an amazing view, it was beautiful. The cabin was very spacious and accomodated my family of 6 comfortably, with room for more! The hot tub was wonderful, even in the snowy day. The couple downfalls would be there was some drawers that were falling off, and there was wallpaper in the bathroom coming off, and the cabin was a little outdated too. However, I still feel this was a great place for the price, and I would reccomend this cabin to others coming to the area.

Great Weekend!

by from Pendleton, IN

Great place to stay! Lots of room if there are two couples with kids! Very clean! Will be back again!

by from Denton, NC

Overlook was a great rental for our stay. We had our oldest, his wife, and our 2 youngest, with the bedroom layout we all had our own space.

Weekend Getaway

by from Gray Court, SC

This cabin was well worth the money. There are 2 full beds in one of the bedrooms upstairs, a queen bed in the second bedroom upstairs, and a full bed downstairs near the pool table. We had more than enough sleeping space. This rental was clean. It has full bathroom downstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs with toilet and sink. It has a great view of the mountains and plenty of space for 2 or 3 cars in driveway. My favorite part of this chalet was the balcony off the upstairs bedroom. I went out each morning to enjoy the view and crisp autumn mountain air. I would definately rent this chalet again.

May we suggest

2 units by the same owner
