Description

Authentic log construction and an inviting front porch (complete with a red rocker) greet you upon your arrival at this comfy cabin. This 3 level, 2 bedroom home is an enticing blend of roomy comfort and frontier décor. Follow the stone path to the porch and through the front door into the fully furnished kitchen and dining area as well as the living room that includes a wood burning fireplace and TV with VCR.

On the opposite side of the home is a rear deck, accessible from the living room, complete with several rocking chairs and a porch swing. Also on the main level, behind a quaint wooden door is an extra large Jacuzzi, for those who don’t want to leave modern comfort too far behind.

The downstairs is devoted to the bedroom and its king sized bed. With this room’s extra space you can put out a folding bed for a guest, play a game of checkers with a friend (a table and oversized playing pieces are here too!) or just stretch out and relax. Don’t forget that this room opens a second rear deck where the hot tub sits, ready and waiting. In the adjoining downstairs rooms are a full bath and laundry room. On the uppermost level is a second, equally large, bedroom also with full bath and a second wood burning fireplace. Both bedrooms have TVs for your indoor entertainment.

This house, the bedrooms especially, is accented throughout by adding a country flavor to the décor with patchwork spreads and woven throws; the home’s furniture is equally reminiscent of the American frontier. All in all, the subtle accents and amenities combine to make for an ideal vacation setting.

Beautiful location and views of Ober. The cabin was more than we expected. Lots of space and fun times. A great vacation!

We found this cabin to be very clean and cozy. The view was nice from the back deck. Loved the fireplaces in the living room and Master bedroom. We did not use the hot tub or jacuzzi so we can't comment on those. Plenty of firewood was provided for us. We would definitely stay here again.
