Perfect cabin for a couple who just want to spend time together.

This was our 10th straight year to stay at Kear's Love Nest.
It was our honeymoon cabin and we stayed a week at that time.
We have returned each and every year to stay at least 3 nights and sometimes more.
It is a perfect cabin for a couple that wants to just spend time together. After we arrive, we do not even leave the cabin until it is time to go home. The deck with the hot tub looks out over the mountains and you do not see any other humans or cabins around you. It is great. Can't wait till next year.

Love Nest is an attractive, private cabin, extremely well-kept. The mountain view from the back deck is beautiful. It's location is very convenient to the Arts and Crafts Community. So nice to have the option of the hot tub or the indoors jacuzzi. We thought the cabin was like-new even though we knew it was several years old. We did feel the bed/pillows were quite hard, however.

Some of our Property Owners have decided to allow Dogs ONLY in
their beautiful mountain homes. Please remember that our properties are individually
owned and not all of our homes are Dog Friendly . Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg
MUST be notified PRIOR to check-in that a dog will be in the home.
Any guest found with a Dog in a Non-Dog Friendly home will be evicted immediately
and NO refund given. Absolutely NO other animals allowed than Dogs up to 25
pounds with the maximum being two per vacation rental.
As you know, a Pet friendly mountain home is a rarity, so please abide by the rules.
We ask that all of our guests be considerate of the next guest that will be enjoying
the home after you. Please make sure that bathing and flea dipping are done prior
to your stay. Please do NOT leave your Dog at the home alone unless the Dog is kept
in a kennel. Please make sure your Dog is leashed when out of the home since the
City of Gatlinburg does have a leash law.
The Pet Fee is a Non-Refundable fee of $50.00 per 25 lb. dog, per
seven day stay. This is NOT a Damage Deposit. At check-in, an authorization of an
additional $100.00 will be put on your credit card. This amount
is refundable 7 days after check out. However, if a guest has a dog that has long
hair or sheds excessively, or if any pets leave behind any surprises, fleas or damages
to property, the $100.00 charge would apply and NOT be refunded.
In the event that any guest is found violating the rules, you will be evicted immediately
with NO refunds.
Reservation Fee is an Administration Fee to help maintain our internet sites and
our toll-free numbers.
Reservation Fee is Non-Refundable.
Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during occupancy. However, Damage
Waiver Protection in the amount of $25.00 is included in the total price of the
reservation. Read details of the plan and its limits of liability on the Company
Policies page (3a).
Damage Waiver is Non-Refundable.
For your convenience, and protection, we will add the cost of a Travel Protection
Plan covering the amount of your rent in the event you must cancel your trip within
30 days of your arrival. Trip Protection does not cover cancellations to take advantage
of specials or discounts.
Travel Protection Plan is Optional; to decline coverage
