Good Times with Mountain Rentals (White Bluff, TN) - 1/17/2012
My wife and I and our 15 month old daughter stayed in John David for our 4 year anniversary. I would have to say that it was a good time. I can see how some people say that the lighting is low but, we found it good lighting and not crazy bright. We enjoyed our stay and would stay with Mountain rentals again in the future. The only complaint I would have is that the hot tub was set at a low temp, that was not inviting for someone with the outside temp at 30. If you could change it, it would have been better and then we could of utilize the hot tub. Other than this, 2 thumbs up!
Great Experience (Athens, WV) - 11/7/2011
Overall our weekend experience with Mountain Rentals was great. Our cabin was well prepared before we arrived and with the driving directions as well as a GPS it was easily located and in a nice area. Close enough to town but far enough to be away from everything. The only thing I had a small problem with was I felt like the kitchen area was not well enough lit. Overall we had a great time and hope to return in the future.
Gatlinburg cabin (Wadsworth, OH) - 10/22/2011
Overall, the cabin was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Our main complaint is that it was way too dark. We would really have liked a light over the table and brighter ones in the great room. There are long, steep steps leading to the cabin which was not good for us - though it was my own fault for not looking more closely at the picture of the cabin. We also would have appreciated a TV channel listing.
