Great Experience (Denham Springs, LA) - 11/26/2011
The views from the side porch were amazing! The only issue we had was the steep roads leading to the cabin which made it difficult for our small 4 cylinder car to make it up Colt Street and up the driveway. Other than that, we had an amazing and relaxing time.
High Hopes 2 (danville, IL) - 9/30/2011
High Hopes 2 is a very clean cabin, close to town. The cabin has a great view but needs some trees trimed for even a better view. The roads and drive look steep but did not have any problem.The cabin seems secluded but other cabins are close, but just not seen. I like the gas fire place, just flip a switch an it starts. High Hopes 2 was just what we needed to relax and unwind. A great cabin, great service,like always from Mountain Rentals.

We enjoyed the cabin and it's amenities. It was quite, which was what we were looking for. The staff were great even when we could not figure out the DVD to TV to play a movie. They had someone at the cabin within 15 minutes to help out with instuctions.
Amazing Customer Service (Mount Prospect, IL) - 8/19/2011
The Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg staff went up and beyond regular customer service to make our stay the best it could be. My family and I had a great vacation and it started with an amazing cabin. The view from our cabin was unbelievable and the rest of the cabin was outstanding. We had the best time thanks to awesome customer service and the overall experience. They go out of there way to make sure that you don't feel like a tourist, but they treat you like a good friend!
