Just moments from downtown Gatlinburg, this recently built and newly redecorated true log cabin is a wonderful and comfortable getaway. Within walking distance of all that Gatlinburg offers, this home sacrifices none of the natural splendor that you want from a Gatlinburg retreat. This home itself is located in a beautifully wooded area just on the edge of the National Park.

As you approach the front porch you will notice the hot tub, a perfect place to relax in after your days exploring Gatlinburg or hiking in the Park. The two "front porch" rockers invite you to "sit a spell" and enjoy the scenery or watch for the bears that are often sighted. The charcoal grill awaits your grilling skills. Inside, the cabin is appointed with hardwood floors and naturally finished wood surfaces extending throughout the home. The first floor is an open living space with a high vaulted ceiling. The cozy living area is furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a wooden rocker gathered around an inviting gas fireplace. Above the fireplace is the TV and DVD/VCR player. Dining for 4, completely equipped kitchen,1/2 bath and laundry area are also on this level. For your added enjoyment and also located on this level is the game room equipped with pool table and as a added bonus you can enjoy the excitement of a Las Vegas-style slot machine using tokens instead of your quarters.

Proceeding up the stairs to the inviting loft area you will find the romantic whirlpool tub area surrounded by natural wood and large windows for you to gaze at the stars with that special person. A huge king log bed covered in a heart quilt ,antique dresser, overhead TV and full bath complete this peaceful loft. Notice the family of bears on the beam watching over you.

We stayed here, over the Thanksgiving holiday, in this gem of a cabin. We loved the area in which is was located; easy access, very quiet and very close to town. Upon arrival, we were very excited to see that the cabin had been completely decorated for the Christmas holidays. It was beautiful & made our stay here even more enjoyable. We will, of course, stay with Mt. Rentals again & will definitely rent this cabin.

This was a beautiful cabin. We loved the decor and all the extra's! We would definetely rent this cabin again. We have been renting through this company for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. We also loved the fact that we could walk to downtown Gatlinburg from this cabin.....Free parking!

We love staying in this cabin. It was our 3rd time staying in this cabin. It's so convient to town, and so clean and beautifully decorated. We also love that we can bring our little dog with us. We will definately stay here again.
