Description

Looking for a mountain home for you and your 15 closest friends or relatives? This home is perfect with plenty of space available for everyone to come together and take part in a vacation that is full of excitement in a peaceful mountain setting.

The main floor offers 2 bedrooms, each with deck access that provides a peaceful morning retreat before the kids arrive at the breakfast table. The main level has a very open plan so everyone can help with the cooking while enjoying the news and each other. The living room has a stone fireplace and there is nothing like having a family dinner with all the chatter of the day’s excitement & the soft glow of the fireplace in the background. These are the moments you realize you will remember for years to come.

Upstairs the loft area has a futon for extra guests who won’t mind curling up to sleep by the fireplace. The 3rd bedroom also resides on this level along with a full bath that has a large Jacuzzi tub and separate full shower. As you wander to the deck a hot tub awaits you and is best enjoyed in the cool evenings in the Smokies.

Downstairs the final two bedrooms are located opposite of the game room to cut down on the noise that may last far past bedtime as the pool table is sure to be a hit. There is also a poker table that might cost you a few pennies, but remember it is all in the name of fun! The den is cozy and inviting with the homes 3rd fireplace and a late night movie with popcorn is the perfect way to wind down.

Mountain Delight has a great layout for families of all ages and the amenities to keep them entertained.

The furniture in the cabin was wonderful. However, the pull-out sofa downstairs was in need of repair and we were not able to use it.

Mountain Delight (Connersville, IN) - 10/31/2011

Mountain Delight is an excellent cabin. We will definately be staying here again. The teenagers loved the basement with two bedrooms and their own bathroom, pool table, and their own t.v.. Not to mention this was great for a little quiet time for the parents. The kids loved it, I loved it! Also, this cabin is on a quiet dead end road, so there is hardly any traffic. Great scenic view of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and the decor was great. The driveway was very nice, being that it wasn't on a steep hill like some other cabins I saw. We will definately be back, we didn't want to leave.
