Description

Parker’s View is a delightful 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin located in the popular Condo Villa area. This cabin is charming with hand-hewn siding complete with chinking and dormer windows. The deck has an incredible view of the Smokies with a porch swing, rocking chairs and a Hot Tub so you can enjoy the view in so many ways! The picnic table and charcoal grill make having a delicious outdoor meal an appealing idea and clean-up has never been easier.

Entering the home the hand-hewn siding and stone fireplace bring the outdoors in and add immediate warmth. The use of space is wonderful for a family with the living, dining and kitchen areas flowing into each other. The 1st bedroom (with adjacent full bath) has hand crafted log furnishings, plenty of closet space and windows that bathe the room with natural light.

The loft is designed for fun with an air hockey table and foosball. The bistro set is great for enjoying a few board games as well. The second bedroom follows the roof line of the home which makes you feel like you are nestled in a retreat all your own. The log bed promises sweet dreams and the abundant windows allow you to wake each morning with a beautiful Smoky Mountain sunrise. A sitting area also provides a great place to read your favorite book. There is also a full bath (shower only) on this floor. Parker’s View is a place where families come together for quality time, memories are made and the Smokies become your personal backdrop. We invite you to make yourselves at home.

Reserved the GReenbriar cabin on the Internet. Upon arrival we we very disappointed in the condition of the cabin. Called the office at 9:00pm spoke to Patrick, he was very nice and understanding and asked us to come in in the morning so we could change cabins. We went in Sunday morning and by 3:00 pm checked into Parker's View. It was a wonderful cabin. Very clean well maintained and adorable. Would stay in the cabin again.

My 3 sons loved the cabin, especially the hot tub, foosball table, and air hockey table. The cabin was clean and very inviting. The decor was good. My only complaint was the air conditioning. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were extremely hot. The downstairs stayed very cool, but one AC unit is not adequate for the two-story cabin in 95 degree heat! Overall though, it was a wonderful place to vacation.
