Clean and Comfortable (Knoxville, TN) - 1/5/2012
We spent most of the time visiting relatives in other chalets and the city of Gatlinburg, so we did not spend as much time in the hose as we would have liked. The set up was perfect, as was the choice of flooring and bedding. We are a bit put off by units that have mainly dark carpet and were relieved to find clean flooring. The only thing missing is that we were left with no dishwashing sponge and/or basic condiments like salt and pepper, or even sweeteners other than sugar. All in all, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the house which is our main concern. Thanks! Miroslav and Nathalie Hristov
Family Vacation (Daleville, VA) - 12/6/2011
This was our second time staying at Cliff Hideaway with family and the accommodations were good to excellent. Had a few problems with the kitchen appliances but once reported it was taken care of immediately. The decor and furniture was very nice but the chalet could use some minor updates. It is a nice, peaceful place and has plenty of room! Bottom line it's still a wonderful place to stay and you couldn't ask for a better staff!
