Description

This one bedroom log cabin manages to be close to town and still be a wonderfully romantic retreat. This cabin is located 25 feet from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Discover the hidden trail located behind the wooden fence to find the reason this cabin is named “A Walk in the Park”.

Easily accessible to all of Gatlinburg’s attractions, ample free parking in the heart of downtown is only a half mile away. This rental is located on a paved road with level parking and beautiful landscaping with accent lighting. As for the home itself, you enter in the home’s recreation area, complete with a pool table, LCD flat screen TV and a Stereo/CD player with IPOD Dock. The inside of the home is appointed with hardwood floors and naturally finished wood surfaces that extend throughout the home. The downstairs is a very open living space with a high arching vaulted ceiling. The game room opens into the living room as well as the fully furnished kitchen and dining room area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa placed right in front of a gas fireplace. There’s a LCD TV and DVD/VCR combo placed within a recessed mantle just above the fireplace. From the living room, step onto the back deck with hot tub and outdoor seating. Upstairs is the master bedroom. This space is furnished with a king size bed and a separate full bath. Additionally there’s a beautiful Jacuzzi area in the bedroom that will make your stay extra special.

The deck features a 4 person Hot Tub, charcoal grill and Adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying the great outdoors!

A perfect spot for the couple that wants to enjoy a romantic retreat but still wants to see the attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Don’t hesitate to book your stay early.

Excellent cabin! Great location with convenience to town & access to the park is quick and do not have to go through traffic of downtown.

1st time cabin renter (Falmouth, KY) - 10/29/2011

I am a first time cabin renter and Gatlinburg visitor. This cabin was awesome. Clean as a wistle. More than me or my grlfriend expected. Convenient, .3 miles from the strip of shops and the national park nature trail. That's only a 5 minute walk to get were you're going. Way easier than paying for parking. The cabin itself is very, very nice. The cabin has the best location of all the other cabins in the area. Everything needed was provided. We called the office to get tickets to a popular show, hours before it started. They made the calls and reserved us preferd seating but still offered the discount(for regular seating only). We had an awesome stay. Recomended.
