Located near downtown Gatlinburg and Roaring Fork Motor Nature trail, this 3 story, 7 bedroom showplace is a must for the large group that wants the best possible Smoky Mountain experience.
Entering the home, the spacious floor plan opens in every direction with the first of 7 bedrooms to the left and the kitchen on the right. The bedroom, like each in home, features a distinct sports theme to the décor and is comfortably appointed. It features a hand painted mural of the Smoky Mountains and a king size bed with sleigh style frame in the center of the room. The room is carpeted and has its own TV with a separate full bath nearby. Returning to the fully furnished kitchen we continue through the home, past the 8 person dining table and another hand painted mural of the Smokies that spans the entire wall. Moving into the living room area you can really appreciate the dramatically vaulted cathedral ceilings, accented by the wall of glass extending from top to bottom and looking out onto the front deck. This floods the living room with natural light by day while the authentic wood-burning fireplace casts a cozy glow by night. The hardwood surfaces of the floors and walls give a clean, crisp beauty to the home while a hanging chandelier adds a touch of class. There’s also a big screen TV for everyone to enjoy. The front deck has a gas grill and ample deck furniture making it a perfect spot to enjoy the view of downtown Gatlinburg far below. You be dazzled by the lush greens of the Smokies by day and the twinkling lights of distant Gatlinburg by night.
Upstairs you'll find 3 additional bedrooms: a queen bed while the other sports a king. Each shares a separate full bath. The third bedroom a king bed and is serviced by its own bathroom. The upstairs is carpeted and is home to the Jacuzzi room! Moving back downstairs, the lowest level of the home is where you'll find the remaining bedrooms as well as the game room and laundry facilities. Entering in the game room first you'll find a full sized pool table and an air hockey table. The room features a wall mounted TV and an iron-wrought café table. There's also outside access via the patio doors so you can enjoy the lower level deck complete with hot tub! The last 3 bedrooms are found downstairs. Of the first two, one has a king size bed while the other has a queen; both rooms feature private full baths. The last bedroom has a queen size bed. Keep in mind, all this is just a relaxing 15 minute walk to downtown in case you want to see what Gatlinburg has to offer.
