Upon arrival at this you are wrapped in luxury from the mountain views and expansive deck with patio furniture, charcoal grill and a hot tub.
The entrance leads you into the spacious open floor plan of the kitchen/dining and living room areas. The dark rich slate tile floors pair perfectly with the suede and leather sectional sofa, rich wood coffee table, side tables and large oak dining table (seating 6). The mixture of light and dark woods on the wall and furnishings give the home an encompassing natural feel. The large natural stone (remote control) gas fireplace anchors the room and floods it with comfort and warmth. The accent and area rugs add to the cozy feel of the home. There is a rocking chair, hutch and reading lamp tucked in a nook to the side of the fireplace and a TV with VCR for enjoying from the couch. The kitchen has ample counter space and has all of the amenities with a bar area seating 8 people. The laundry room is tucked behind folding doors between the kitchen and living room.
Moving past the kitchen around the corner you will find the first bedroom. This room has a sleigh bed stained in a dark finish and matching the side table. The burgundy comforter is plush and is the splash of color in this room. The walk-in closet provides hanging space and the antique armoire provides extra storage with elegance. This room also has a mounted TV. The second bedroom is light and airy with green walls and ornate cream bed frame, dresser with over sized mirror and side table as accents. The bedding has contrasting natural hues in rust red, camel and deep blue to add warmth to the room. The full bath is at the end of the hallway painted in a pale blue with silver accents. A stripped shower curtain in blue, purple and brown compliments the room.
Upstairs you with enter the 3rd bedroom painted in green with oak furnishings, TV and VCR. The comforter is patterned with elegant symmetric designs and pale green and taupe colors. This room has ample storage space and a small closet. Adjacent to this room is the 2nd full bath painted in a sunny yellow with a sheer floral shower curtain. The game room is the center of this floor with all any “kid” could hope for! There is a Pool/Air Hockey Table, Foosball, wing back chairs and even a small game table that converts to different board games with all of the accessories. Large picture windows provide views of the mountains. The other two bedrooms are accessed from the game room and both have TVs and king size beds. The 4th room has a dark stained sleigh bed with plaid green and burgundy linens. This room has a DVD player as well. The final bedroom is done in taupe with a tailored bed frame (also in a dark finish) with a floral embroidered quilt.
