The outside of the home is adorned with redwood siding and has its living space exclusively on the second floor. The front porch is located off ground level and provides an excellent view of the surrounding area and distant mountains. It has patio furniture, a charcoal grill and a hand-crafted log swing. A covered hot tub at the far end of the deck is also ready and waiting to melt your workaday cares away.
Inside the home, the great room stretches the length of the home and creates a unique living space. The living room area has a sofa and 2 chairs, all in front of a wood burning fireplace. There is also a TV/VCR and stereo to keep you entertained. Additionally, high ceilings keep this cozy atmosphere from feeling cramped in the least. The kitchen portion is fully furnished and has a bar area that seats 2 and kitchen table that seats 4. A hallway runs adjacent down the length of the home with bedrooms on each end. The slightly larger and more lavishly furnished master bedroom occupies one end. It has a king size bed and TV as well as a private bath with 2 sinks. The other end of the home is where the 2 guest bedrooms reside. Each has a king size bed as well as TVs and ceiling fans. They each share a separate full bath. The downstairs of the home is an unfurnished basement where the washer and dryer are located.
