Wow, are you in for a treat if you stay in this 5 bedroom home! Follow the winding road off Gatlinburg’s “Spur” higher and higher until you come to this beautiful redwood home. You’ll immediately be delighted with the expansive deck, which wraps around most of the home and provides a partial view of the Smokies.
When you walk through the home’s main entrance, you’ll find yourself in the dining area, which boasts a very nice wood table and matching chairs. This area is adjacent to the fully-equipped spacious kitchen, with cabinets galore, an island with a range top, and another island for serving! Down the hall is a ½ bath with an outdoor theme, plus there is a laundry room for your convenience. On this first floor, you’ll find one of the home’s five bedrooms. The queen-size bed has a nice headboard, cute patchwork quilt and pretty grapevine wreaths for decorations. And what a walk-in closet! The full bath attached to this room is decorated in a mountain theme.
The first floor is also where you’ll find the main living room. You’ll be wowed by its cathedral ceilings and windows, large screen TV, huge clock, and gorgeous stone fireplace. And there’s plenty of seating, including a sleeper sofa.
Upstairs, you’ll first be greeted by a lovable bear, replete with his fishing gear! Here you’ll find another living area, clearly designed with kids in mind. There are plenty of seats, including a sleeper sofa, TV, VCR & DVD player, games, books and more. This floor has two of the home’s bedrooms. One room has a king-size bed and is decorated with a moose theme. It has a TV and DVD player. The other room has a queen-size bed, TV, and has an acorn theme. These rooms all have access to the full bathroom.
The home has a lower level which you may access by using the stairs in the kitchen. This is where you’ll find a wet bar, pool table, air hockey table, and small TV. Two more bedrooms are located down here. One room features two bunk beds, with a moose & bear theme, plus TV and DVD player. The other bedroom, decorated with bears and grapevines, has a queen-size bed, TV and DVD. To service this floor, there is a full bath. Plus, from this level you may walk out to the deck and enjoy the hot tub.
