This is sooo true! The staff at Mountain Rentals is WONDERFUL! My husband and I stayed with Mountain Rentals for our honeymoon, and we had two issues while we were there. We talked to someone about it at the front desk, and someone practically followed us up the side of the mountain to fix it. We were walking into the cabin when a truck pulled up to assist us. AMAZING!

I agree we had one issue during our stay, the phone was disconnected they got a hold of the owner and had it reconnected in no time at all! They were wonderful and so friendly.

We have stayed with them before and their service is unbeatable. That is why we have booked our vacation through them again this year. Each time we come to the area, we will be staying with Mountain Rentals. We also recommended them to friends who plan to visit later in the year. We love you guys!!!!

We actually had a power supply problem that our IT person had to work on and the webcam went to a default advertisement. Thanks!
