Our staff members are here to support you during your stay so you leave with nothing but fond family memories! Cabins are homes just like yours and there can be problems that arise during your stay. Our staff is discouraged from watching TV, using remotes and cooking while at work, so if the previous guest didn’t tell us the stove was broken we cannot fix it. 
The bottom line: If you need anything during your stay call us and we will do our best to fix the problem or find you a comparable home if the problem is beyond our control.
