Mountain rentals of Gatlinburg, INC. 2008 Cruise giveaway official rules – no purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Any individual who (i) makes a vacation rental reservation for at least one (1) night with Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg, Inc. (“MRG”) for a stay between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2008 (the “Contest Period”), and (ii) actually completes one night of such stay during the Contest Period, will automatically be entered in the contest. Each reservation and qualifying stay during the Contest Period will result in one entry. Anyone wishing to enter the contest without making a rental reservation or a qualifying stay may deliver a handwritten postcard containing his or her name and address to MRG at 209 Cartertown Road, P.O. Box 790, Gatlinburg, Tennessee 37738 (Attention: Cruise Giveaway). Making a reservation or renting a cabin through MRG will not help you win. Your chances of winning without renting a cabin are the same as the chances of someone who rents a cabin. Handwritten entries must be received by December 30, 2008, to be eligible. Limit one entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced or hand-stamped entries will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible and incomplete entries are void.

On or about January 2nd, 2009, MRG will conduct a drawing from all valid entries to award five (5) Cruises (the “Prize”). An individual may not win more than one (1) Prize during the contest period. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $5,000. Odds of winning the Prize will depend on the actual number of entries, but are estimated to be 1 out of approximately 16,000. The specific features, ship, airline, cabin assignments and location associated with the Prize shall be determined by MRG, in its sole discretion. Any and all restrictions and travel requirements, with respect to the Prize are subject to the Cruise and Airline’s terms. The Prize is not transferable. Substitution of the Prize is permitted, and the Prize may be redeemed for cash or other consideration. The winner shall be responsible for arranging for pick-up of the Prize from MRG no later than thirty (30) days after the winner is notified by MRG. Any and all costs, fees, expenses and taxes, associated with the use, ownership, or acceptance of the Prize are solely the winner’s responsibility. The winner must present a valid license and social security card to take possession of the Prize. MRG will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the Prize.

MRG anticipates that the potential winner will be contacted by telephone, overnight courier and/or certified mail on or about January 14, 2009. The potential winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted by law), and return same, fully-executed, along with acceptable proof of identification and a valid tax identification number within five (5) days of the date of issuance of the prize notification. If MRG is unable to contact any potential winner within five (5) days of the initial attempt, if any potential winner fails to return all requested forms and other information fully-executed by the specified date, or if any potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited at MRG’s discretion and an alternate winner shall be selected.

To be eligible to win the prize, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the continental United States, including the District of Columbia. Void outside of the continental United States, including, but not limited to, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Canada, and also void where prohibited by law. Employees of MRG and/or its respective agents, successors, assigns, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional companies, and insurers and indemnifying parties and the immediate family/household members of the foregoing (including, without limitation, spouses, siblings, parents, and “in-laws”), shall be ineligible for the prize. MRG shall not be liable for payment of the Prize or reimbursement of the Prize otherwise payable to a participant in violation of this provision. By participating in this contest, all participants agree to release and hold harmless MRG and its affiliated companies and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, damages or claims resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from each entrant’s participation in this contest and the acceptance and use of the Prize, if awarded.

By participating in the contest, participants agree to all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, which are binding and final. MRG and its divisions, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and all advertising/promotion/production agencies involved in this contest, and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with this contest, or for any technical or human error which may occur in printing or processing entries for random drawings, including, but not limited to lost, late, damaged, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. If for any reason this contest is not capable of running as planned due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of MRG, MRG reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend this contest. The winner grants MRG the ability to use his or her name, likeness, photographs, and voice in connection with the promotion, marketing, and advertising of this and other contests, and the winner waives any claims he or she may have to royalties. This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute regarding the contest shall be resolved only in a state or federal court located in Tennessee. Offer expires December 31, 2008. After December 31, 2008, you may write to MRG at the address above to obtain the winner’s name.
