Description

Away from the hustle and bustle yet still convenient to everything Gatlinburg has to offer, this 3 level, 3 bedroom authentic log cabin has the best of both worlds.

Located in the log home community of Timberidge, Hemlock Ridge is a beautiful private home that is nestled on a mountain ridge between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and just minutes from either. This three level vacation home features a touch of the past with 150 year old log exterior and the convenience of the new with all the modern amenities you could want for your vacation in the Smokies. You enter the home through the game room on the bottom floor. Here you'll find a pool table and a wall mounted TV with VCR to keep your evenings lively. There's a futon and stools to seat plenty of guests and a small dining table for enjoying a snack. The home's laundry facilities are also located here in a nearby room. On the bottom floor you'll also find the third of three bedrooms. It features 2 queen beds and a wall mounted TV. It also has access to this floors full bath.

Upstairs on the main level is the fully furnished kitchen and dining area as well as the spacious living room. Walls of a deep red hue and natural wood surfaces combine with an open floor plan to create an inviting atmosphere. . There’s a sleeper sofa and 2 recliners in front of a cozy gas fireplace as well as a TV with DVD and VCR to keep you entertained, with an extra chair should the need arise. From the living room you can access the wraparound deck and the driveway. The deck is definitely not to be missed as it is where you'll find the hot tub and the superb view of the Smoky Mountains . The second bedroom is also on this floor. It features a king size bed and a pale green décor. There's also a wall mounted TV. The full bath on this floor is accessible from either the bedroom or the living room for added convenience. Upstairs on the top floor is the master bedroom: this roomy space has a country blue décor and an equally roomy king size bed. There is a wall mounted TV and an in-room Jacuzzi. This room has a private full bath and has its own private balcony, perfect for taking in that clean mountain air. Outside in the loft area there is an additional sleeper sofa, so you never need worry about having enough space for everyone.

Hemlock Ridge

I loved the setting of the cabin. Three stories, and the cabin was very clean and had plenty of room. Me and the family had a great time. We always vacation in TENNESSEE. So Im sure we will rent again from Mountain Rentals. I would reccomend them to anyone. We will be back in July 2012.

Hemlock Ridge - Heaven on Earth

The cabin was great, we were there for a family vacation. Close proximity to all events and secluded from the downtown noise. The cabin was just what we needed.
