Description

Away from the bustle of downtown Gatlinburg is where you’ll find this comfortable 2 bedroom cabin. On the front porch, a 2 person swing and rocking chairs add a country touch. Inside, this home excels at providing simple comforts that everyone can appreciate with more than enough space to accommodate any unexpected guests. The living room is made more spacious thanks to a vaulted ceiling while log cabin walls add a rustic touch. The living room is furnished with a wood-burning fireplace and TV/VCR and stereo. The fully furnished kitchen shares floor space with the living room, creating a connected feel to this area of the home. The dining room table sits in front of the patio door that leads onto the back porch. This is a great spot to relax and enjoy the afternoon, either from the 2 person swing or the patio furniture provided. There’s even a charcoal grill. The master bedroom is on this floor and features a king size bed and a private full bath with shower. This room has an inviting Jacuzzi tucked away in one corner, waiting for just the right moment. Upstairs in the loft the second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV. Out in the hall there is a full bath to service this floor. A sitting area is located in the open loft space where you can spend the afternoon relaxing with a magazine or catching up on your reading list. Downstairs on the home’s lowermost level are the spacious game room, full bath and an additional queen bed. In one corner of this long room a queen bed sits while on the other a pool table rests. A sofa and entertainment center round out this space creating a fun yet comfortable retreat. The patio door opens out onto the lower level deck where the home’s hot tub is sure to attract all the home’s guests at one point or another.

With an abundance of extra space and accommodations that few 2 bedroom home’s can boast, this secluded home is a great choice for the party that expects a few last minute friends.

This was our second time staying in Dogwood we really like the location of the cabin.You are close to everything! We love how friendly the staff is and how hard they work to make sure you dont have any problems!

We had a great time. The cabin was much better than we thought it would be. I think it had been updated. Looked great. We did not have any problems at all. The kids loved the pool table, checkers and the hot tub was great. This cabin was very nice, I don't know why it is not rented more!!! The people at Mountain Rentals are very nice, they always are we have stayed with them 6 times and never disappointed!!!
