Description

Enjoy spectacular views of the Smokies from this 2 BR, 2 BA cabin in a partially wooded area of Gatlinburg. After parking your car, just turn around and look at your view!

A bear sign welcomes you to this “neck of the woods.” On the porch there are some chairs, a charcoal grill, and a hot tub for relaxing. Entering the home, the first door on the right leads into one of the bedrooms, which holds a queen-size bed and TV. Across the hall is a full bath, decorated in a flower theme. Next you’ll come upon the dining area, with chairs for 6 people. Go ahead and open the closet door---you’ll find it filled with board games for some quality family time. Across from the dining area is the fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen and dining area both connect to the living room, which holds a sofa, loveseat, wood-burning fireplace, and TV with a DVD & VCR. Sliding doors off this room lead to the large, screened in porch with its fabulous views of the mountains. Sit a spell in the rockers and just relax. Back inside, the master bedroom is located off the living room. It has a king-sized bed, stereo, and sliding doors to that screened in porch. This room also has a closet that holds the washer/dryer and hide-a-bed, plus another full bathroom.

Climbing the stairs to the loft overlooking the living room, you’ll find a foosball table, and combination pool & air hockey table, a queen bed and a daybed. We invite you top come enjoy a stay up in the clouds.

Cloud 5 a little slice of heaven

We absolutely loved our stay in Cloud 5. Our kids, aged 12 and 10 would have happily stayed in the cabin the whole week and never left. Plenty to do, games, pool, air hockey, awesome deck with great view of mountains. SUPER clean and just felt like home. We had been there 20 minutes and had some steaks on the grill when I went out to check on them and there was the neighborhood BEAR RIGHT off the patio! (so look before you go out the door!) Very exciting. We saw the bear a few more times down by the dumpster (which is locked) and in the neighbor's yard across the street. Super friendly neighbors as well. We sat on our porch every morning drinking coffee and looking at the mountains. We couldn't have been more pleased. It was very large for the 4 of us, but for the great price you can't go wrong. It has been 7 months and we still miss our cabin in the mountains!!
