Very Nice Cabin!

We stayed 7 nights in this cabin with 2 other couples -(3) bedroom cabin - it was absolutely refreshing and very private. Very little traffic all week long. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms were plenty big, and the jacuzzi was awesome. The
deck was the first place we hit upon waking up in the mornings with our coffee and a good book to read - or a Sudoki book - as some preferred. The view was breathtaking! We actually watched the 4th of July fireworks in Pigeon Forge from our deck. How much better than that can you get ! ! ! ! The hot tub had a little left to be desired - very large and very nice - but water was not as hot as you would expect it to be. We had to call maintenance one day to work on it - and I will say they were very prompt in getting to us - and the hot tub did seem to get a bit warmer after that. At best - it was still refreshing and relaxing. We were in it every night! Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone without any hesitation at all. Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg is the BEST! Thanks for a very relaxing and wonderful week!

Some of our Property Owners have decided to allow Dogs ONLY in
their beautiful mountain homes. Please remember that our properties are individually
owned and not all of our homes are Dog Friendly . Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg
MUST be notified PRIOR to check-in that a dog will be in the home.
Any guest found with a Dog in a Non-Dog Friendly home will be evicted immediately
and NO refund given. Absolutely NO other animals allowed than Dogs up to 25
pounds with the maximum being two per vacation rental.
As you know, a Pet friendly mountain home is a rarity, so please abide by the rules.
We ask that all of our guests be considerate of the next guest that will be enjoying
the home after you. Please make sure that bathing and flea dipping are done prior
to your stay. Please do NOT leave your Dog at the home alone unless the Dog is kept
in a kennel. Please make sure your Dog is leashed when out of the home since the
City of Gatlinburg does have a leash law.
The Pet Fee is a Non-Refundable fee of $50.00 per 25 lb. dog, per
seven day stay. This is NOT a Damage Deposit. At check-in, an authorization of an
additional $100.00 will be put on your credit card. This amount
is refundable 7 days after check out. However, if a guest has a dog that has long
hair or sheds excessively, or if any pets leave behind any surprises, fleas or damages
to property, the $100.00 charge would apply and NOT be refunded.
In the event that any guest is found violating the rules, you will be evicted immediately
with NO refunds.
Reservation Fee is an Administration Fee to help maintain our internet sites and
our toll-free numbers.
Reservation Fee is Non-Refundable.
Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs during occupancy. However, Damage
Waiver Protection in the amount of $25.00 is included in the total price of the
reservation. Read details of the plan and its limits of liability on the Company
Policies page (3a).
Damage Waiver is Non-Refundable.
For your convenience, and protection, we will add the cost of a Travel Protection
Plan covering the amount of your rent in the event you must cancel your trip within
30 days of your arrival. Trip Protection does not cover cancellations to take advantage
of specials or discounts.
Travel Protection Plan is Optional; to decline coverage
