Located in the desirable Chalet Village area very close to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home can accommodate up to 12 people. As you walk into the home, you’ll first pass through the fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table for 6. There’s a door here out which you may step onto a small deck with chairs and a charcoal grill for preparing delicious meals. Back inside, the living room, decorated with bears, features an overstuffed sofa that faces the gas fireplace and huge picture window through which you may see the woodsy surroundings. There is also a TV with a VCR/DVD combo for relaxing. The first floor has a bedroom, decorated in bears again, that holds a queen-sized bed and TV. A full bathroom (shower only) services this floor.
To the left of the kitchen you can access the lower level. You’ll be immediately delighted with the large game room, decorated in a fishing/canoe theme. It features a foosball table, pool table, stereo, TV with DVD player, and table with chairs for those who’d rather watch the activity than play. There is also a deck with a hot tub and 2 sleeper sofas for those who can’t tear themselves away from the fun! This floor also has a bedroom, decorated in the fishing theme, with a queen-sized bed and TV with VCR. This floor is serviced by a full bathroom.
As you climb the stairs to the top level, make sure to look at the octagon stained glass window, a pretty accent to the stairwell. At the top of the stairs is a full bathroom (shower only). You’ll also find the washer/dryer tucked away in a hall closet. There are two bedrooms on this level. The first bedroom holds a queen-sized bed, unique chair, and TV. Make sure to note the bear paw prints on the half-wall that looks down into the living room. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed plus a whirlpool tub, with windows out which you may gaze at the woods. This room also has a TV with a DVD/VCR combo and a huge closet.
During the season, this home also has swimming pool and tennis court access at the clubhouse just down the block. Come enjoy all this home has to offer.

in their beautiful mountain homes. Please remember that our properties are individually owned and not all of our homes are Dog Friendly .
Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg
MUST be notified PRIOR
to check-in that a dog will be in the home. Any guest found with a Dog in a Non-Dog Friendly home will be evicted immediately and NO refund given. Absolutely NO other animals allowed than
Dogs up to 25 pounds with the maximum being two per vacation rental

As you know, a Pet friendly mountain home is a rarity, so please abide by the rules. We ask that all of our guests be considerate of the next guest that will be enjoying the home after you. Please make sure that bathing and flea dipping are done prior to your stay. Please do NOT leave your Dog at the home alone unless the Dog is kept in a kennel. Please make sure your Dog is leashed when out of the home since the City of Gatlinburg does have a leash law.
The Pet Fee is a Non-Refundable
fee of $50.00 per 25 lb. dog
, per seven day stay. This is NOT a Damage Deposit. At check-in, an authorization of an additional
$100.00
will be put on your credit card. This amount is refundable 7 days after check out. However, if a guest has a dog that has long hair or sheds excessively, or if any pets leave behind any surprises, fleas or damages to property, the
$100.00 charge
would apply and NOT be refunded. In the event that any guest is found violating the rules, you will be evicted immediately with NO refunds.
