Step through the front door to find the fully furnished kitchen, complete with all the desired modern amenities. This roomy kitchen area is a delightful work space with a dining table (with seating for four) close by. Between the kitchen area and the living room you'll find a pool table for your enjoyment. The living room itself is replete with all you could ask for. Here, nestled beside the matching sofa and loveseat, is the home's gas fireplace. Unlike conventional wood burning fireplaces, the gas fireplace requires no lengthy preparation but is ready to go at the turn of a switch without sacrificing any warmth or atmosphere. There is also a TV and VCR for your enjoyment. Step out the patio doors onto the rugged deck, complete with patio furniture and a hot tub. Here a privacy screen has been thoughtfully installed. From the deck is where you'll take in the majestic beauty of the surrounding Smoky Mountains , with views that stretch almost the entire length of the Tennessee side of the Smokies. Back inside you'll find the spacious full bath and just across the hall is the Jacuzzi room with additional sink and toilet. Laundry facilities are also provided. The bedrooms features one king size bed and one queen bed, matching chest of drawers, and plenty of closet space to go around.

Park View # 2 (Rineyville, KY) - 9/15/2011

Our first trip to Gatlinburg and we absolutely loved our experience here! The cabin was clean and comfortable and was well stocked with bath towels and kitchen needs. The views were awesome from the living room and deck, but from the jacuzzi the trees blocked the mountain views. Internet access would be nice, and a more up to date TV would be welcome as well. We will definitely return!

only problem (Canton, GA) - 8/18/2011

The only thing wrong with this unit is that the trees blocked the panoramic view we love from Kears Mtn. If they were trimmed, we'd stay in the same unit again.
