This 2 bedroom home has all the charm and country comfort of a New England “Bed & Breakfast.” With a daily morning newspaper and fresh cut flowers upon arrival, this home features a more traditional design but sacrifices none of the benefits that larger homes enjoy.
When you arrive at this beautifully wooded home you’ll be greeted by the attractive landscaping and seasonal flowers that surround it. Also outside is a Victorian gazebo where you’ll find the inviting hot tub. This is the perfect place to relax in the cool of the evening and melt away your cares. Inside you’ll find that “Bed & Breakfast” charm everywhere you look & from the complementary morning newspaper. “A Precious Place” is designed to feel like your home and provides books, magazines and area maps for your convenience. The living room is a cozy space with a gas fireplace and comfy furnishings, including a TV, VCR, and DVD player. There’s also a game cabinet with lots of old fashioned ways to pass the time. The nearby kitchen is fully furnished with all the desired amenities and has access to a small deck where you will find a quaint bistro patio set and a smoker grill. Stepping through the sliding glass doors from the living room into the enclosed sun room, you have a view directly into the woods with scenes of the changing seasons. There’s also a wall mounted TV here and dual ceiling fans, making it the perfect place to enjoy an afternoon glass of iced tea while lounging in the wicker furniture. During the holiday season, from early November to the end of February, there are 3 heavily decorated, full-size Christmas trees for you to enjoy. All 3 trees are transformed into three Valentine theme trees after Christmas! The home’s 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and are serviced by 2 separate full baths. One has a southern theme and is affectionately called “Scarlet’s Suite” and the other, “Miss O’Hara’s Oasis,” is also cleverly decorated. A lower deck accessible from outside has a recliner lounger and an old fashioned porch swing. The lower level game room is equipped with a fast paced air hockey table and electronic (soft tipped) dart board. Washer, dryer, and folding table can be found in the adjoining laundry area.
With a location that is convenient to downtown and also near the National Park, this home has the best of both worlds. Any way you look at it, this home provides the special touches that make your stay the best it can be.

Some of our Property Owners have decided to allow
Dogs ONLY
in their beautiful mountain homes. Please remember that our properties are individually owned and not all of our homes are Dog Friendly .
Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg
MUST be notified PRIOR
to check-in that a dog will be in the home. Any guest found with a Dog in a Non-Dog Friendly home will be evicted immediately and NO refund given. Absolutely NO other animals allowed than

As you know, a Pet friendly mountain home is a rarity, so please abide by the rules. We ask that all of our guests be considerate of the next guest that will be enjoying the home after you. Please make sure that bathing and flea dipping are done prior to your stay. Please do NOT leave your Dog at the home alone unless the Dog is kept in a kennel. Please make sure your Dog is leashed when out of the home since the City of Gatlinburg does have a leash law.
The Pet Fee is a Non-Refundable
fee of $50.00 per 25 lb. dog
, per seven day stay. This is NOT a Damage Deposit. At check-in, an authorization of an additional
$100.00
will be put on your credit card. This amount is refundable 7 days after check out. However, if a guest has a dog that has long hair or sheds excessively, or if any pets leave behind any surprises, fleas or damages to property, the
$100.00 charge
would apply and NOT be refunded. In the event that any guest is found violating the rules, you will be evicted immediately with NO refunds.
