This four bedroom, 3 level chalet has the rustic feel of an isolated winter lodge and will make the perfect spot for any vacationers’ retreat.
Outside, the wraparound deck is host to the home’s hot tub, an ideal place for a relaxing pit stop. Entering on the lower level we find a den stocked with plenty of comforts: a sofa with chaisse lounge and a leather chair in front of a wood burning fireplace with a TV/VCR/DVD player too boot! In the center of the room is a full sized pool table and off to the side is a spacious bar area (just remember you have to stock it yourself). On the far side of the home are 2 bedrooms. These rooms are equally sized with a queen size bed in one and 2 twin size beds in the other. A full bath in the hall between them services both. Upstairs is the fully furnished kitchen and dining area with 2 tables that seats 10 as well as the main living room. This space is open and generously proportioned with a vaulted ceiling, plenty of floor space, and an awesome view of the Smoky Mountains. The living room has matching leather sofa, loveseat and recliner. As well there is a second wood burning fireplace. In this room, as well as throughout the home, walls are decorated with the trappings of winter lodge with skis and snow shoes hung about and animal pelts adorning the loft. Outside on the upper level deck is an abundance of patio furniture, a 2 person swing and a charcoal grill, perfect for outdoor fun. On the far side of the home are 2 more bedrooms, identical in dimensions to the downstairs rooms. These feature a queen and king size bed respectively, and are decorated in comfortable country style. Both of these bedrooms are serviced by a large full bath with Sauna. Upstairs in the loft is an additional lounge area with a pair of sofas and a sleeper sofa for any unexpected guests. Don’t forget, Owner's Club privileges including pool and tennis courts are included with your stay.

Dogs ONLY
in their beautiful mountain homes. Please remember that our properties are individually owned and not all of our homes are Dog Friendly .
Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg
MUST be notified PRIOR
to check-in that a dog will be in the home. Any guest found with a Dog in a Non-Dog Friendly home will be evicted immediately and NO refund given. Absolutely NO other animals allowed than
Dogs up to 25 pounds with the maximum being two per vacation rental

As you know, a Pet friendly mountain home is a rarity, so please abide by the rules. We ask that all of our guests be considerate of the next guest that will be enjoying the home after you. Please make sure that bathing and flea dipping are done prior to your stay. Please do NOT leave your Dog at the home alone unless the Dog is kept in a kennel. Please make sure your Dog is leashed when out of the home since the City of Gatlinburg does have a leash law.
The Pet Fee is a Non-Refundable
fee of $50.00 per 25 lb. dog
, per seven day stay. This is NOT a Damage Deposit. At check-in, an authorization of an additional
$100.00
will be put on your credit card. This amount is refundable 7 days after check out. However, if a guest has a dog that has long hair or sheds excessively, or if any pets leave behind any surprises, fleas or damages to property, the
$100.00 charge
would apply and NOT be refunded. In the event that any guest is found violating the rules, you will be evicted immediately with NO refunds.
