I've been to Gatlinburg before, so that wasn't new to me, but I've never rented from this company before. It was a great experience, and we'll definitely do it again, but let me tell you about this particular Chalet/Cabin/Rental Unit... Hemlock View. First, it was easy to get to since we were equipped with excellent directions. The parking was right out front with two spaces provided. The Chalet was extremely clean, verey quiet, secluded, and very relaxing. Really and truly, it was everything we were looking for and more. The description needs to be updated by the company or the owners because each bedroom does have an alarm clock (very convenient) and wireless internet access provided by Charter Communications, along with HD television service. We didn't use the pool table or the foosball table downstairs, but they were as described. The stereo, internet service, and televisions were used though. Four TV's were more than enough! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils we needed and had an icemaker in the freezer and a dishwasher, so no scrubbing dishes by hand required or runs for ice required. We were also stocked with hand towels, dish towels, soap, coffee supplies, and pretty much anything and everything we needed for a more than comfortable stay. There's even a grill outside, which was perfect for grilling hamburgers and barbeque chicken. Having a half bathroom off the living room made things easier, since I was using the bathroom/bedroom downstairs. The decks, both upstairs and down, came with the most gorgeous of views. The hot tub was extremely clean and covered to keep it nice and toasty. We really enjoyed that feature in this very nice house. All that was really required for us to supply was our clothes, toiletries, and food. It was a very nice place to stay and we definitely enjoyed it. I recommend this company highly, and this Chalet in particular.
