If you are considering this cabin you will not be disappointed. It is very cozy and had almost everything we needed. Another poster commented on the hot tub and while the jets do work, 3 are very weak and the hot tub is a little tilted towards one side so the water is a little higher on 1 side. It's off a few inches. Since our party only had 2 people it didn't keep us from enjoying it. It does also get very hot. It just needs an hour or two to heat up. It's very chlorinated so they do a good job on keeping it clean between guests. The lightning in the kitchen is only from windows, a chandelier above the kitchen table and lights below the microwave. It wasn't a big problem for us but it was a little dark at night. The part I disliked the most was the master bathroom. The shower is very small and has been repatched a lot over the top seam. Also, the master bathroom sink had similar problems with the soap dish. You could see wear in these areas. I would recommend fixing those so they look better. Everything worked great though. There is another bathroom right next door so we just used this one instead. The water pressure in the 2nd bathroom shower is great. You could see wear in these areas. The hot tub in the bedroom was nice. When I first went to use it I could see cleaning chemicals still in the water, so I filled it up and rinsed it before we used it but I was expecting to be able to get in before I noticed it still had residue. Having the cleaning person fill and rinse would be helpful since it has jets or leaving a sign recommending guests to fill, run jets and rinse would be great. They also have a small air purifier for the bedroom since the bathtub heats up the bedroom. That was a thoughtful and useful touch. My husband loved the bed in the master bedroom. It's very comfortable. They have lots of pillows, a few mini soaps and lots of towels. The downstairs area was so fun. We loved the view, the swing, the grill, the pool table and the foosball table. Even the drive up to the chalet is fun. The recliner chairs also rock and are comfortable. The chalet really looks very similar to what is posted online. The pictures are not misleading so if you are excited about it you'll probably love it as much as we did. Our last night the A/c stopped working. We decided to call maintenance even though it was cool out so they could work on it. It was a little humid by the next morning as we were checking out and maintenance was still working on it. Maintenance was very fast and friendly so if there is a future problem I felt comfortable they would take care of it appropriately. We can't wait to go back. This company was very professional. This was the first time we stayed with them and will definitely trust them enough to stay with them again. Also, we did see a bear in the woods next to the cabin one night so be aware when you are grilling. It was a wonderful trip and a wonderful place to stay.

WE STAY IN GATLINBURG ABOUT 4-5 TIMES A YEAR. WE LOVE IT THERE AND WE USE MOUNTAIN CHALETS EVERYTIME. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINT. STAFF ARE JUST EXCELLENT. THE CABIN ISNT TOO BAD OF A CABIN, BUT THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT NEED ATTENTION. THE HOT TUB DOESNT WORK HARDLY AT ALL, ONLY THREE JETS WORK AND THEY HAVE NO PRESSURE, ALSO THE HOTTUB IS AT AN ANGLE, IT NEEDS LEVELED. THE OTHER MAIN ISSUE IS THERE IS HARDLY ANY LIGHT IN THE KITCHEN WHEN YOUR COOKING. THE "ABOVE THE STOVE" LIGHT DOESNT WORK, THE DINING ROOM LITE IS TOO DIM, AND THE LITE ABOVE THE SINK ISNT BRIGHT ENOUGH TO DO COOKING IN THE EVENING. ANOTHER ITEM IS THE CHARCOAL GRILL IS IN PRETTY BAD SHAPE, THE OWNERS MIGHT CONSIDER REPLACING IT. THE STAY WAS GOOD, BUT THESE ISSUES, WHEN LOOKED INTO AND FIXED, WOULD MAKE THE STAY ALOT NICER FOR FUTURE RENTERS.
