Located in the historical Timberidge community of 24 antique log cabins, this cabin is located within 3 miles of Gatlinburg, yet is privately nestled in the mountains. This three level authentic log cabin has old-time charm, character and comfort, plus the amenities of today.
Step back in time as you step onto the deck, with its large green rockers, old-timey chess game, and swing. As you enter the home, you’ll be immediately pleased with the decor. The cozy living room holds a furniture which faces a wood-burning fireplace (make sure to note the bears and moose on the mantel), and a TV with VCR & DVD. The fully-equipped kitchen features rustic cabinets, and a door leads to the dining room. This main floor also has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and TV. The bathroom on this floor has a shower only.
Traveling upstairs on the open hand-hewn log stairway, notice the grapevine wrapped around the railing, adding a delicate look. There is a large master bedroom up here with a king-sized bed, a TV with VCR & DVD, and a wood-burning fireplace. The bathroom has a tub, pedestal sink, grapevines, and a large whirlpool tub overlooking the Smoky Mountains, making you feel like you’re outside in the mountains.
The cabin’s lower level features a game room with a small pool table, tables & chairs for cards or games, stereo, a bunk bed, and a deer head! A door leads to the lower deck, where you can commune with nature in the hot tub or rockers. This floor has a full bath, plus a washer/dryer. The home is wired for high speed wireless internet access.
Relax, enjoy, and you’ll feel “Blessed Beyond Measure.”
