Bring the whole family to this beautiful new 3 level home in the Ski Mountain area of Gatlinburg. Climbing the stairs to the first level deck, you’ll find rockers and the front door. Upon opening the door, you’ll be greeted by the smell of fresh wood. To the right is the first bedroom, which holds 3 sets of bunk beds (full size lower mattress, twin size top mattress)—a great room for all the kids! There is a TV with DVD & VCR and plenty of wooden furniture to store clothes. The second bedroom on this lower level has a queen-sized bed, a TV with VCR, and wood furniture.
Climbing the wide staircase to the second floor, make sure to notice the octagon-shaped window that lets light shine in. The living room has nice wood tables, plus a sleeper sofa and futon on which you can relax by the gas fireplace and watch TV or a movie on the VCR & DVD. Next is the fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for preparing and enjoying your meals. There is a door here to the upper deck, where you’ll find lots of rocking chairs in which you may sit and watch the Tram go by. Make sure to wave at all the riders and make them jealous! This floor has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and a TV with VCR & DVD. The washer & dryer are located in the closet. The other room is the master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, TV with VCR & DVD, gas fireplace, stereo and whirlpool tub! You can also access the second floor deck from this room, and step right into the hot tub. This floor is serviced by a full bath, decorated with adorable bear holders.
Take the wide staircase up to the third level to enter the “fun zone.” The game room holds a foosball table, pool table, air hockey, electric darts, stereo, and TV with VCR & DVD. There is also a wet bar with a sink, mini-refrigerator for those who just can’t bear to tear themselves away from the fun. A full bathroom services this floor.
