This 1 bedroom county cottage has all the benefits of a mountain retreat without being remote.
Located in a nicely private, wooded area, in the springtime you will be surrounded by beautiful spring flowers and dogwoods while summer months feature the greenery of mountain laurel and rhododendron. The fall offers a beautiful array of autumnal shades. All the while you will be only a few minutes away from Gatlinburg’s Arts and Crafts community as well as downtown Gatlinburg. Inside you’ll find a wealth of space and features for the vacationing couple. Entering on the second floor the first thing you’ll notice is the high ceiling and wood burning stone fireplace that accents the living room. The living room is filled with large overstuffed leather furniture, including a sofa, love seat, and chair with ottoman and comes with cable TV and VCR/DVD combo. Two separate patio doors open onto a side deck where a charcoal grill and patio furniture are found. The upstairs is where the kitchen and dining area are found as well as a nearby half bath that services the upstairs. Downstairs the master bedroom has a private sitting area with its own sofa and a French door opening onto the lower deck featuring a 2 person swing and hot tub. This space has a king size bed and its own TV and VCR. On the other end of the home are a full bath and a separate whirlpool tub. This home has full laundry facilities.
