Located just 3 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, this chalet is perched high on a mountain with tremendous views of the mountains and valley below. The outside of this home is beautiful, but wait until you step inside and see what this home has to offer!
Entering the chalet on the 3rd of 4 floors, you find the home's large living room with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, cable TV, VCR/DVD combo, sofa & loveseat upholstered in a matching warm chocolate material and complimented by a large ottoman, and the home's extra dining area that seats a total of 7 at 2 different tables. This room’s décor, with its warm yellow walls and plush furnishings represent the contemporary and inviting feeling you find throughout the home. From the living room, you can enter the chalet's main dining area that adjoins the fully-equipped kitchen that has access to this floors half bath. The main deck can also be accessed from this floor and has 2 cloth swings and a spectacular view of the Smoky Mountains that all your guests will adore. Back inside, we climb the stairs to the top floor that has 3 of the home's 7 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, recliner, TV, private full bath with sink & vanity in the room, and access to a private deck. The other 2 bedrooms include: 1 king and 1 bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) with TV and 1 queen with TV and access to another private deck. These 2 bedrooms are serviced by a full bath in the hallway.
Going down 2 levels, you'll enter the home's large game room that has a pool table, air hockey table, checkers, TV, VCR, VCR/DVD combo, and a sleeper sofa. This is the perfect place for some afternoon entertainment or a rainy day retreat. The chalet's 4th bedroom is also located on this floor and has its own private bath and TV. The home's lower deck can be accessed from either this bedroom or the game room and has the outdoor hot tub overlooking the gorgeous view. The home's laundry is also on this floor. The bottom floor of the home has 3 additional bedrooms; 2 queens in 2 rooms and a king and bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) in the final room. A long hallway connects the bottom floor and is serviced by a large full bathroom with 2 sinks.
