This cabin is located in the beautiful Elk Cove Community just a few minutes from the Arts & Crafts area of Gatlinburg.
This 2 bedroom log home captures the beauty and essence of a Smoky Mountain getaway. Upon entering you will be captivated by the smell of wood, the natural furnishings and decorations. The living room is to the right of the entryway with a grand stacked-stone gas fireplace. The sleeper sofa, loveseat and oversized reading chair have nature themed upholstery. Pictures hang throughout depicting animals; contributing to the natural feel of this cabin. Lamps are placed on each side of the room for extra lighting that won’t overwhelm the glow of the fireplace. A TV, DVD and Stereo/CD player round out the living room.
To the right you will find the full master bath with a closet that houses a stacked washer/dryer and ironing board. The master bedroom has a king bed with a wood and iron frame luxuriously fitted with a plush comforter in burgundy with navy stripes. This room has ample storage with a large closet and dresser which holds a TV. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the kitchen (perfect for a late night snack). The kitchen is fully equipped and has wood beams running through the ceiling. The dinning table seats 6 for an enjoyable family meal.
Upstairs in the loft is the 2nd bedroom with a flat screen TV and king bed. The wooden bedroom suit and whimsical bear picture give the room a mountain feel while the patterned comforter in rich colors and silky material add luxury. Across the loft you will find the open game area that overlooks the living room. The pool table will provide hours of entertainment and there is extra seating for those waiting on the next game. There is a full bath with shower on this level as well.
Outside the deck is equipped with a gas grill and a picnic table to take in the outdoors. The partial mountain views are best enjoyed in the hot tub!
