Climbing the stairs to this roundette home you will find well manicured landscaping and a deck with a hot tub, patio furniture and one “Smokin View”. Stepping inside you will see that the owner has taken great care in decorating this home. The burgundy carpet and accents make this home flow smoothly throughout. The decorations reflect the area with plants, animals and a little whimsy that make this home cozy and inviting.
The entrance leads you to the living room with matching sofa and loveseat. The stacked-stone gas fireplace and burgundy accent wall provides a focal point and warms the room. There is a TV, VCR & DVD player in one corner of the room. To the right you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed, ample closet space and an armoire that holds a TV and VCR. The whirlpool tub in this room has a space to itself with burgundy tile and a large picture window to take in the view. There is also a full bath with a large vanity and a skylight.
The dining area (seating 6) and kitchen are to the left. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bar seats three. Moving through the home you will find another full bath with skylight that also connects to the second bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a large dresser and TV). This room also has a closet for hanging cloths.
The laundry room is across from the full bath and has a washer & dryer and additional cleaning supplies. A door leads off this room outside where there is a charcoal grill.
