Tucked well away from Gatlinburg's resorts and hotel high-rises, this newly constructed 3 bedroom home has the rustic atmosphere you'll never find downtown and still manages all the modern comforts you crave. Take a look at the features that set this home apart!
Before you even step inside you'll notice the attention to detail that typifies this home: authentic log cabin chinking for an added touch. The wraparound deck that flanks the home on 3 sides is a great place to enjoy the outdoors and the great winter view. In addition to a charcoal grill and deck furniture, the far side has a foosball table and a hot tub; it's even enclosed so you can enjoy yourself in any weather.
Stepping in the front door you enter in the kitchen and dining room area. Throughout the home natural wood surfaces are central to the décor and this space is no exception. From the walls and stair rails down to the cabinets and dining table, natural hues are the order of the day. The dining table is especially noteworthy for the actual sycamore tree trunk running floor to ceiling around which the table was built: A little bit of nature greets you at every meal! Continuing on through the home, the living room is an open, comfortable space featuring plush carpeting and a matching sofa/loveseat nestled in front of a gas fireplace. Above the fireplace is a TV (cable access) with DVD player to ensure you don't get bored. Each of the bedrooms also have cable TV/DVD access so no one gets jealous. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. One features hand brushed walls of forest green. It has a queen bed and an in-room Jacuzzi. The other features a maroon color scheme with a luxurious king size bed and cozy patchwork comforter. Both have private full baths (w/ standup showers). Upstairs in the loft is the master bedroom. The loft itself features a pool table and access to a mini-deck overlooking your surroundings. The bedroom is spacious and distinguished with a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room Jacuzzi and an adjoining lounge area with loveseat. Special touches like this room's decorative barn door style shutters opening onto the downstairs make for memorable moments. There's also a private full bath (w/ standup shower) to add to your convenience. Of course, the home features full laundry facilities.
