The perfect retreat for the contemporary nature lover, you'll find equal amounts of natural beauty and convenience in this beautifully remodeled one level log cabin. Located across the road from the Condo Villas Clubhouse (with swimming pool open in season), this one bedroom home comes with a large partially fenced-in yard with a small running stream, a small rain fed stream, and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows on a starry night.
Upon entering the home from the convenience of covered parking, you'll find the home's full bath on your right and the laundry (hidden in a closet) and the entrance to the hot tub on your left. Entering the hot tub "room", you'll find a relaxing 2 person hot tub in the corner with partially screened walls that allows air to flow into the room without compromising your privacy. Further into the home, you'll find the lovely, fully-equipped kitchen with custom countertops and bar with seating for 2. The kitchen opens into the dining room/living room area with large cathedral windows that stretch from wall to wall. The dining area will seat four and the living room has leather/suede sofa and love seat, cable TV, VCR/DVD combo, and an electric fireplace that is controlled by remote control.
The private master bedroom is off from the home's kitchen and has a king bed and armoire with cable TV. From the living room, exit through the French doors onto the large screened-in deck with out side furniture. The deck can be exited from both ends. On one end the deck continues around the cabin to the parking area and on the other stairs lead down to the large yard and charcoal grill. Don't forget: a stay at this home entitles you to pool access in season.
