The 31st Annual Summer Craftsmen's Fair - July 2007

The summer craft fair fits in perfectly with the blue skies, bright rays of sunshine, and warm temperatures typical for Gatlinburg. The Gatlinburg Craftsmen's Fair's popularity and reputation have become so widespread that the Southeast Tourism Society has recently recognized it as one of the Top 20 events in the Southeastern U.S.

The 31st Annual Fall Craftsmen's Fair - October 5-22, 2006

The Fall Craft Fair emphasizes the breathtaking mountains, the cool autumn sparkle and the magnetism of nature's splendor. Arts, crafts and music lovers will find over 200 booths featuring some of the nation's finest work. Artists and craftspeople are on-hand to exhibit their skills, answer questions and offer their exceptional art for sale.
At the craft fair, you can watch artists at the shows or in their studios making handcrafted works you will treasure forever. You will find broom making, candle dripping, intricate woodcarving, quilting, pewter and pottery. Blacksmithing, weaving, sculpture and breathtaking watercolors by the best artists in the country can also be found at the fair. And there are toys of every description, leather goods, blankets, lamps, stained glass, and even painted saws. Plus homemade molasses, apple butter, jams'n'jellies, bread mixes, smoked country hams, sausages, and so much more. A musical background complements the climate of creativity at the fair as melodies strummed on dulcimer, fiddle, banjo, and other traditional instruments fill the air.
